Product Specification:
· Suitable for PVC pipes as per IS:4985 and IS:12818 for plain and elastomeric ting socket.
· Machine placed in extrusion line, next to cutter machine, after cutting the pipe is drawn on in-line socketing machine, all operations are done automatic.
· Automatic heating and belling cycle. Oven is having finned tube heaters and duly insulated from outside to prevent heat loss. Length of pipe to be heated is adjustable according to size of pipe. Pipe rotated by elect motor while heating. Pipe is hold in clamps and socketing mandrel is pushed inside by pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder. Socket is cooled by water spray. Pipe is auto ejected after set cooling time.
· PLC controlled machine, all process parameters are set on HMI.
· Machine have provision of embossing.
· Tooling supplied as per customers’ requirement. Cost of tooling is extra.
